You must be vigilant , persistent,determined and devoted to your goal.

It will probably take longer than you expect, so do not get discouraged and give up .

Make sure your plan gives you ample time to make proper adjustments. If a problem arises you'll have a gray area of to correct it .

Make sure you have a mentor / mentors and a good support group and team .

No one can do everything at once or alone.

Learn to delegate projects and task to the appropiate people .

Build your team, train your team and have fun!

You must have a plan of action..

Everyone must be onboard with the Mission Statement .

You all should " Be on the same agreementt,agenda that you want to succeed in this endeavor, and everyone working for the common goal of success .

When getting the buzz out about you and your company uses all social media at your disposal " , Especially what's free .

Facebook , Twitter , Tagged, Foursquare , Blogger , Wordpress,Hubpages and they're many others .

Do the research , and the legwork yourself and get your brand out there.

There are a million and one ways to promote you and your company .So equip yourself and go for it .

Once You Have Established a positive online reputation it 's time to go the next step.

Get out there yourself.

Go to networking events and seminars. You'll meet like-minded people trying to get ahead in business also. You'll be happy to find people like mingling and socialzing with others on the path to success.

Find networking groups in your area. Meetup.com is awesome for this very thing. Check them out ,probably find some very good group right in your area .

Using the Internet to find groups and mentors is another option.

There are very good in online publications, such as Wall Street Journal ,New York Times and Huffington Post to name afew .

You can find so very useful articles filled with quite abit of helpful info. 

Always be open to learning something new .

You may not use it right away,but it may come in handy someday .

Never Be Afraid To Ask Questions . You'll never get the answer if you do not ask.

It 's been a long road to reach where I am and I'm not close to being finished , I'm still moving  aiming,and striving to get there .

I have a marvelous team and mentors that keep me grounded and in the know.

From my mentors and my team I get the encouragement and support that I need to keep it moving.
